Pan is the goat-footed god of wild places, ecstatic rites, sudden terror, and joyful abandon. Half beast, half divinity—he lives outside the walls of the city and the bounds of propriety. To meet Pan is to be pierced by both pleasure and fear… but also to remember what it is to be utterly alive.

In this online workshop, we’ll journey into Pan’s domain to reclaim parts of the self that have been exiled—our instinct, our innocence, our animal knowing, and the wild joy of embodiment. Through myth, sound, breath, and guided visualization, we’ll explore Pan not as a patriarchal figure, but as an initiatory force: a guardian of the sublime and a keeper of ecstatic wholeness.
